MEDITATION EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS
On a regular basis, Aletha offers meditation evenings or weekend days, during which there will be focused on a psychological theme for personal development. A session is typically of 1.5-2 hours' duration and for adults only.
As a participant you are always welcome to make a prior request for a specific theme.
CONNECT WITH NATURE ON WEEKEND DAYS
We combine meditation with exercises in nature. You will receive training on how to connect with your own nature in wildlife nature. The sessions are not therapy but will contribute to your personal development. There will both be individual and group exercises and you need no prior nature experience or qualifications. An intuition or a natural attraction as well as a full preparedness to spend time in nature is all you need.
Appropriate clothing to fit the weather of the season is very important. A session is typically of 2-2.5 hours' duration and for adults only.
